New Features
1. Self-Serve SSO Configuration
You have a new tab in the Settings area to configure Single Sign-On (SSO). This gives your IT team direct control over setting up and managing SAML-based SSO, making it faster to get new sign-in methods live and easier to keep them up to date.

2. One-Time Passcode (OTP) Login
We've replaced magic link sign-in with One-Time Passcode (OTP) as the authentication method. Instead of clicking a link, you'll now receive a short code to enter at login - a faster, more secure way to sign in that avoids the delivery and expiry issues that can come with email links.
3. New Goals Dashboard
We're introducing a new Goals Dashboard, bringing goal-setting and completion data into one place. This makes it easier to track progress against goals across your organisation and understand how goal activity connects to broader engagement and performance trends.

Improvements
1. Talent Text and TextArea Custom Field Support
We've added support for Text and TextArea custom fields from Talent job vacancies and offers, so customers managing these fields via integration now get the same reporting coverage as picklist-based fields. This data is available across Deep Dive, Create-a-Visual and Ask AI.
2. Ask AI Optimisations (Talent)
We've improved the context Ask AI has about your Talent data, so it will give smarter, more accurate answers to talent acquisition questions.
