New Features
1. Ask AI Chat History
We're excited to introduce Ask AI chat history, giving you access to up to 30 previous Ask AI chat sessions. You can also rename and delete historical chats, making it easier to return to useful conversations and keep your Ask AI workspace organised.

2. New HR Dashboard - Employee Wellbeing
We're introducing a new Employee Wellbeing dashboard for HR Analytics, bringing key eNPS, Happiness and Goal data into one place. The dashboard also includes visualisations that combine wellbeing metrics with voluntary attrition data, helping teams understand how employee sentiment and goal activity relate to broader workforce trends.

3. Permission Groups
Permission Groups are now available, adding more granular permissions to allow users to control access to cross-suite data. This is an important step forward for access management in Humanforce Analytics, and lays the foundation for future improvements including custom permission groups and more granular access controls.

Improvements
1. Filter Drill Downs and Cross Filtering
We've improved dashboard interactivity with filter drill downs and cross-filtering. This makes it easier to explore dashboard data in context, move from a high-level view into more detailed insights, and apply selected data points across related visuals.
2. Ask AI Optimisations
We have improved the context Ask AI has about your HR data, so it will give smarter, more accurate answers to your workforce questions.
3. Standarised Row Data Structure
We've standarised the row data table structure so that Identifier Columns (Employee Number, Humanforce HR ID, Person, Position Title) are included for all row data tables for HR Dashboards. These additions make row-level data easier to identify, compare and work with across HR dashboards.
4. Improved Exports for Person and Position Title Data
We've removed hyperlinks from Person and Position Title columns in row data tables to improve export formatting. This means exported .csv and .xlsx files are cleaner and easier to use outside Humanforce HR Analytics.
5. Talent Job and Offer Custom Field Data in Ask AI
Ask AI can now reference Talent Job and Offer Custom Field data, and this data is also available when creating custom visuals. This gives Talent Analytics users more flexibility to explore and visualise the custom data that matters to their hiring workflows.
6. New Candidate Status Filters in Talent Analytics
We've added Job Candidate Base Status and Job Candidate Custom Status filters to the Team Performance and Candidate Pipeline dashboards. These filters make it easier to focus reporting on the candidate statuses that matter most to your team.
Fixes
- Resolved an issue where the option to choose between a table or chart was not available when creating or editing a visual.
- Resolved an issue where the option to choose Quick Search or Research Mode in Ask AI was not available.
