Employee Swap Request
When Shift Swap is enabled your roster view in Humanforce will display a new icon against shifts that are eligible to be swapped.
You will be able to review shifts that you are able to request a swap for based on the shift swapping configuration. Filters are available to find specific shifts you would like to pick up and you can then select 1 or more shifts to request a swap for.
The icon against the shift you are trying to swap will then turn orange and a swap notification will be displayed.
