Follow this guide to review and respond to shift offers in Humanforce WFM (Web). Shift offers appear in your roster when a manager or scheduler allocates available shifts for you to review and accept or decline.
Steps
- Go to Employee > Rosters.
- The Rosters screen displays your scheduled and offered shifts in Calendar view or List view.
- Locate the offered shift.
- Offered shifts are shown with a blue question mark icon in the roster.
- Click the
blue question mark once to
accept the shift.
- Click it again to
decline the shift.
- Click it again to
- When you’ve finished making your selections, click Submit to confirm your changes.
- The Submit button appears at the top of the roster once an action has been taken.
After submitting your response, a confirmation message appears at the top of the roster. The shift you accepted will display with a green tick, and any declined shifts will display with a grey diagonal stripe or red cross. Your roster is now updated to reflect your chosen shifts.
Additional information
- This process applies to shift offers created in Bid Manager or the BackOffice.
- Shifts offered through Roster Manager do not appear in your roster. To respond to these offers, see Action a shift offer in the Humanforce mobile app.
- If you can’t see the Rosters menu, contact your manager or system administrator to confirm your access permissions.
