Follow this guide to view your timesheets in Humanforce WFM (Web). You can check shift details, add comments, and view past or current timesheets from one screen.
Access to timesheets may vary depending on your role and organisation settings. Contact your system administrator if you can’t see this feature.
Steps
- Go to Employee > Timesheets.
The Timesheets screen opens in calendar view by default, showing your current and previous month’s timesheets. - To switch between Calendar view and List view, select the ⚙️ Settings icon and choose your preferred layout, then click Save.
- To view a timesheet:
- Click a date with an underlined time entry.
- The Shift Details window opens, showing your start and end times, role, location, and break details.
- To quickly view shift details, select the magnifying glass icon.
- To add a new timesheet (if permitted):
- Click the plus + icon on a date.
- Complete the required fields such as Start Time, End Time, and Shift Type.
- Click Save.
- To edit an existing timesheet (if permitted):
- Select a timesheet entry.
- Adjust the Start Time or End Time, or add comments or allowances.
- Click Save to confirm your changes.
Your updates are immediately visible in the calendar. Timesheets that are manually added or edited will display as Not Authorised until reviewed by your manager.
Additional information
- Dates shown include the previous month and the current month by default.
- Underlined times represent active timesheets that can be selected for more details.
- If your organisation allows, you can add comments, attachments, or ad-hoc allowances when editing a timesheet.
- Managers and employees may see different data based on permissions and workflow configuration.
