When a shift has been offered through Roster Offer in Backoffice, staff can accept or decline in one of three ways.
The first is if the shift is offered via SMS, the employee will be able to respond to the message directly from their phone.
The second way is for the employee to accept the shift through the Offers section in the mobile app. Swipe to accept or decline.
The final way for a staff member to accept a shift is for the employee to accept or decline by logging into Humanforce and navigating to the Employee>Rosters screen. Click on the blue question mark once to accept, twice to decline and then Submit.
Note: This method of using Employee>Rosters to accept/decline offers is only applicable to Roster Offers sent via BackOffice or Bid Manager. The below 'Rosters' screen only shows assigned shifts and in these 'Roster Offer' flows, the shift is assigned to the employee. The Shift Offer flow however - using the 'Fill Shift' function - does not assign the offered shift to the employee and so it will not appear here to accept/decline. For Fill Shift, the user must accept/decline using only SMS or the mobile app.
