Set up HR3 integration

Connect Humanforce WFM to HR3 in Integration Central

1. Go to Management > Advanced > Integration Central
2. In the tile list section, click HR3
3. In the Name field, enter a meaningful name. If you have multiple Pay companies and pay frequencies, we suggest a naming convention that includes the Pay company name and pay frequency, for example, HF Demo - Weekly. As you may have a separate connection for each pay company and frequency, this will allow easy identification of connections in the future.  
4. Select the relevant Pay company from the drop-down.
5. Enter your API URL, this should have been provided by HR3 with your credentials.
6. Enter your HR3 API credentials in the Username, Password and API Key fields. If you do not know your API credentials, contact HR3 Support.
7. Click Connect
8. When it has successfully connected, click Next to save the connection details and move onto the integration configuration.
