To access Integration Central, go to Management > Advanced > Integration Central.
Here you'll find a list of your existing integrations, file imports and scheduled tasks.
If a task is in progress, all action buttons on the row will be disabled and replaced with a spinner. Tasks have a maximum run time of 60 minutes, after this the task will time out and automatically stop processing.
Add a new Integration, File Import or Scheduled Task
- Click Add New
- Click the tile and follow the setup steps.
Note that you can set up multiples of each type of integration, if needed.
Manage existing integrations
Stop an integration from running temporarily
- Go to Management > Advanced > Integration Central
- For the relevant integration, import or task, click the toggle, so it is grey. This means it is disabled and will not run.
If you're not sure which row you need to disable, click the three dots and the end of a row, and select Edit to see the full details of the integration.
Import data before it's scheduled time
You can import data via an integration at any time by manually triggering the process to start immediately. The import will run according to the integration settings, just like it does when it runs at the scheduled time.
- Go to Management > Advanced > Integration Central
- For the relevant integration, click Run.
Change or review the settings of an integration
- Go to Management > Advanced > Integration Central
- For the relevant integration, click the three dots on the right hand side and click Edit.
The setup screens will open and you can review and edit the settings.
Remove/delete an integration
Deletion permanently removes the integration. If you may need it again in the future, disable it temporarily instead. To delete an integration:
- Go to Management > Advanced > Integration Central
- For the relevant integration, click the three dots on the right hand side and click Delete.
Check when an integration has run previously
- Go to Management > Advanced > Integration Central
- For the relevant integration, click the three dots on the right hand side.

for a quick snapshot of when this task was last run, click View logs.

for all logs of when this task has run in the last 90 days, click History.
