Training forms an important part of performance on the intelliHR platform. Often training is completed by multiple employees through the same course. To help administrators quickly record this training against multiple records the system allows you to complete the training details on the training tab of one employee and copy this across to additional jobs or people.

How to Bulk Assign Training
1. Navigate to the Training tab for one of the employees that has completed training.
2. Select Add Training.
3. Under Add Training For enter all employees that should have the training assigned to them.
4. Enter all relevant training details.
4. Save Training.

How to Use Custom Training Fields
Want to track more data? Custom training fields make it easy to customise the data you collect around completed employee training. To learn how to get started and create your own custom fields click here.
A common use for this is to track CPD points which we will run through in the example below:
Adding a CPD Record
1. Navigate to the employee's Profile >> Training.
2. Select Add Training.
3. Enter the training details including the CPD hours and Points accumulated.
Searching for CPD Records
1. Go to the employee's Profile >> Training
2. Select the dates you wish to review CPD points for.
3. The CPD points will display at the top of the page
4. Use the Filter option to drill down into which area the CPD points have been earned.
