4. Export data: You can export any of the charts returned by your filters as well as the corresponding line data in csv. format. For instructions on how to do this see, Exporting Charts and CSV Files from Analytics.
Metrics and Graphs
Typically this page is reserved for the overall wellbeing of your employees. The metrics that pull into this page are ones like “Happiness Rating” “Happiness Text” and “Satisfaction Rating” etc.
These metrics directly inform the values of the following charts:
The Y axis of the “Average Rating” is directly correlated with from Library Items found in Check In forms.
This score is the average score of all answers provided within a given month by all submitters.
The red line is a reflection of every month’s average score within the scope of the graph as a whole. Therefore it will update and change values when time range is adjusted.
Baseline
The Baseline is the foundation of how “Happiness” is calculated. Every time an employee completes a check-in with a happiness rating question, this analytics page will compare their most recent score and their average happiness score.
This calculation regarding the Baseline is also what informs the overall Employee Happiness statistic at the top of the page.
As well as informing the data from Insights.
