FAQs answered by our Support Team!
Q: Is it possible for an administrator to view an individual's responses in isolation?
A: No, the anonymous answers are stored in a separate area of the database. The only way to retrieve information regarding the survey is via the analytics page which does not include personally identifiable data. Nothing regarding the anonymous survey is stored on the intelliHR profile at any point.
Q: If someone has access to my profile will they be able to see the anonymous survey that I am completing?
A: No, the anonymous survey is sent via email with a specific URL link to respondents. It will not appear on your profile at any point.
Q: I scheduled my anonymous pulse this morning but I cannot see the tasks in Compliance >> Tasks like I can with other pulses.
A: To ensure anonymity for respondents the issued anonymous forms will not appear in the compliance area of the platform. To review who the anonymous pulse was sent to this can be viewed in Engagement >> Pulses >> Done >> Click on the sent anonymous pulse to see the target list for the pulse.
Q: Why can’t I filter the responses like the other analytics?
A: intelliHR’s anonymous survey analytics are truly anonymous. This means that you cannot specifically filter to narrow down to a single cohort and further identify a specific group or person with the survey answers. However, you can create an anonymous survey pulse targeting a specific Business Entity, Business Unit, or Location.
Q: Why can’t I see the analytics results when some responses are already in?
A: To ensure anonymity in the anonymous form data analysis page, a minimum of 5 responses is needed before the analytics are visible. You will be able to access the analytics once there are 5 responses captured.
Q: Can I see the form data analysis row data for Anonymous forms?
A: Yes you can however the displayed data has been restricted so as not to degrade the anonymity of the form data results.
Q: Can I send the Anonymous Survey to people who don’t have an account in the intelliHR platform?
A: Yes, due to the anonymity feature of the form, once the survey pulse has started, there will be a survey link generated that you can copy and send out to the required relevant people. The form does not capture any personally identifiable information hence, all responses are truly anonymous.
Q: Can I have some textarea fields in the form, that are then visible in the Analytics section.
A: Yes Text responses are available and will put through to the Anonymous Form Data Analysis area, these include survey sentiment and keyword clouds.
