The intelliHR anonymous forms feature provides the ability to create truly anonymous surveys i.e. a survey completely separate from any kind of personally identifiable information and one from which respondents cannot be identified. Viewing Anonymous Survey Data in Analytics
To view the responses to anonymous survey data follow the steps below:
1. Navigate to Analytics > Anonymous Form Data Analysis
The number of responses will be displayed on the home page in addition to the reliability level which can be helpful when sharing the results of these surveys to effect change across the business.
2. Select the anonymous survey you want to view the results of
- Date Ranges can be used to review data over time
- Row Data is not available on this analytics page due to the anonymous nature of the responses.
Using Anonymous Survey Data to Effect Change
To share the results of anonymous surveys with business decision-makers the data on this page can be exported using the Page Export icon in the top-right of the page.
The information will be exported into a slide deck including the reliability level of the analysis as well as a visual representation of each question. Learn more about the Page Export function here.
