Follow this guide to add an approval signature to a timesheet in the Humanforce (Legacy) mobile app.
This feature allows you to capture a signature from yourself, a client, or another approver for payroll or invoicing purposes.
Steps
- Open the
Humanforce (legacy) app.
- Go to
Timesheets and select the timesheet you want to sign.
- You can only add an approval signature to unauthorised timesheets.
- Scroll to the Approvals (Signature) section at the bottom of the screen and tap
to expand it.
- Tap + Sign.
- Use your finger to sign in the signature box.
- Enter the Approver Name/Company in the field provided.
- Tap Sign to save your signature.
- (Optional) To add more than one signature, tap Sign again and repeat the process.
Once saved, your signature and the approver details will appear on the timesheet for managers to view when authorising.
Additional information
- This feature is available only in the Humanforce (legacy) mobile app.
- Adding an approval signature does not replace the need for timesheet authorisation.
