Selected Humanforce (HF) Back Office operations will start to become unavailable where there is equivalent functionality in HF Cloud.
As we continue to invest in innovating our Humanforce (HF) Cloud Workforce Management platform, you should begin your transition away from legacy Back Office operations, because it will eventually cease to be made available.
Although no firm deprecation date has been set, to avoid being rushed or inconvenienced, we strongly encourage customers to start making the transition to HF Cloud operations today.
Various HF Cloud features are replacing operations in our legacy and to-be deprecated Back Office system, so that customers can transition to a faster and more intuitive workforce management (WFM) and leave Back Office behind.
This article serves as a primary resource to highlight key HF Cloud workforce management operations and provide easy access to self-serve resources so that Humanforce customers using our legacy Back Office system begin their transition as soon as possible, and prior to our to be confirmed deprecation date.

Why are we encouraging Back Office users to transition to HF Cloud features?
With all our investment efforts centralised into the development and enhancement of Humanforce Cloud, it will be the only system you will need to perform key workforce management tasks and processes, and older systems will no longer perform to the same standard, sophistication and ease of use, as HF Cloud.
By migrating all back-office users to our flagship and most performant Cloud workforce management solution, we will be able to apply even greater focus on delivering innovative features and new customers experiences that help push the boundaries of desk-less work.
How will we ensure we give customers enough time to transition?
To ensure a smooth transition, we will provide our customers with advance notice of the deprecation of key back-office features and modules. This will be done through various channels, such as emails, release notes, and in-product notifications.
We will ensure customers have sufficient time to manage the change and adapt to Humanforce Cloud by continuing to analyse usage data and trends, listening closely to customer feedback before we turn off selected back-office features and modules.
