Release Freeze - 9 December, 2024 > 20 January, 2025
As we wind up the year, many of our team and yours will be taking leave. To ensure the best ongoing support possible, we will be pausing our usual fortnightly releases. The last production release of the year will be Monday, December 9, 2024. The first release in the new year will be Monday, January 20, 2025.
During this time, we will be available to support you through our normal support processes > How to Log a Support Ticket.
Feature Updates
Now that we've got a great new onboarding feature in intelliHR, we wanted to make it easier for your onboarding team to track where new starters are in their onboarding journey.
If you are a System Administrator or have people.onboarding_session.view permission, you will be taken to the Onboarding Overview page when you click People >> Onboarding from the left hand menu. Users who do not have this permission will be taken to the Create Person page as normal.
Users with access to the Onboarding Overview Page can now access the Create Person page using the Quick Create menu in the top right corner or by selecting "Create Person" from the top right of the Onboarding Overview page.

Finalise Job End Date Permission - Planned for release on Monday November 18, 2024
To help you control what your users can do, we're releasing permissions to finalise company end dates. This update will split the finalise company end actions from the other actions found under the Job Actions button. This will be a hierarchy type permission that you can give to users so they can end date jobs.
As part of our rollout of this permission, to ensure that none of your existing processes are affected, we will automatically apply the permission to all permission groups with any combination of the below permissions.
