Onboarding employees is arguably the most important touchpoint your team will have with your organization as it sets the tone for what they can expect during their tenure. A good onboarding experience can reduce turnover, enhance employee satisfaction and subsequently reduce costs to your organization.
The Onboarding Overview page is designed to help alleviate administrative burdens on your People Team, improve data integrity, and highlight where an employee may be in their onboarding journey.
To take advantage of our new Onboarding Feature, you will first need to configure and enable an Onboarding Form Template.
Onboarding can be managed on an individual's profile under the Onboarding tab. However, as an Administrator, you can also have visibility over the onboarding status of your entire organisation or a subset of employees on the Onboarding Overview page.
