The Onboarding Overview page in Humanforce HR allows your team to view and track the progress of onboarding across all new starters. It provides visibility into onboarding status at a glance and helps ensure employees complete required forms before their start date.
To see onboarding progress, go to People > Onboarding.
Capabilities
View onboarding by status group
The Onboarding Overview page separates employees into three onboarding stages:

Not Issued
Employees in this group have not had an onboarding session issued to them.If marked Onboarding Ready, they have both a Job and a User Account.
If not, one or both of these conditions are missing.

Issued
These employees have been issued an onboarding session.Their row will display the step they are currently completing in the onboarding workflow.
Completed
These employees have completed all assigned onboarding steps, including form submissions and any associated Job Requirements.
Check individual onboarding completion
To confirm whether an employee has completed their Onboarding Form Template:
Navigate to the employee’s profile.
Select the Onboarding tab.

Check the Status:
Issued: The form is in progress.
Complete: The employee has completed onboarding and submitted Job Requirements.
View issued template and login activity
You can also confirm which onboarding form template was issued and whether the employee has logged into Humanforce HR:
Go to the employee’s profile.
Open the User Account tab.

Click View More to access:
