What's New
Enhanced Earnings Experience We've significantly improved the Earnings screen to provide a more comprehensive and user-friendly experience:
- View All Past Timesheets: Users can now easily view all their past timesheets directly from the Earnings screen, providing a complete historical record.
- Redesigned Screens: The Earnings and Payslip screens have been updated with a fresh, modern design for improved readability and navigation.
- Pre-Tax Earnings Clarity: We have included pre-tax earnings (on authorised timesheets) for users who have permission to view pay breakdown details.
Improved Messaging
Messaging is now available in the Work App as a beta release. To enable this feature, please log a support ticket.
Notification Updates Stay better connected with new notification features:
- Customisable Unread Messages: Users now have the option to enable "show unread messages by default" for better visibility of new communications.
- Individual Notification Deletion: You can now delete individual notification messages, giving you more control over your inbox.
Schedule Screen Visuals The Schedule screen now offers enhanced visual clarity:
- Distinct Public Holiday Display: Public Holidays are now displayed in a distinct colour on the Schedule screen calendar, making them easier to identify at a glance.
General Fixes
- Resolved issues where attachments were not displayed against leave requests in Manager Approvals.
- Fixed cases where the Clocking screen did not refresh after an auto clock-out overnight when the app remained open in the background. This should resolve ‘invalid access’ error on clocking.
- Addressed an issue where users could authorise their own timesheets regardless of their assigned permissions.
- Added the ability for an employee to view manager comments on approved leave requests in the employee view.
- Resolved an issue with stale data in QR code for logging into kiosks for some users
Android:
- Fixed app crashes occurring in the PIN screen when resuming the app from the background after a long period.
- Fixed duplicate entries displayed in Employee Search results for Managers.
- Addressed the Manager Attendance screen only showing a maximum of 20 employees.
- Fixed an issue with handling multiple default leave hour periods when "Allow Advanced Leave Requests" is disabled.
iOS:
- Fixed a generic "Something went wrong" error that occurred when opening payslips.
- Resolved issues with attachments containing images not working correctly on iOS 18.
- Fixed an issue with allowing deletion of timesheet attachment
- Fixed an issue where the screen brightness automatically increased to 100%.
- Fixed an issue where managers couldn't view timesheet comments unless the "allow editing of comments" permission was enabled.
- Fixed an issue where a timesheet was incorrectly created when clocked out.
