Calendar Sync We've introduced a new feature that allows users to sync their shifts with a calendar on their device, for better work-life coordination. Refer to this article for instructions on syncing shifts to your calendar.
Manager Timesheet Management Managers now have more control over timesheets in the Work App and can end an active timesheet.
General Fixes
- Earnings Screen: The "Total hours" label on the Earnings screen has been updated to reflect "Payable Hours", which does not include unpaid breaks. Timesheet cards also now show net hours.
- iOS Minimum Version: The minimum supported iOS version has been updated to iOS 15. By updating to a newer iOS version, we're able to use the latest Apple technologies to make the app's interface load more quickly and use less storage space on your device.
- Minimum Chat Version: We've released some critical bug fixes and permission updates in recent versions of the Work app, so the chat screen will only be visible from v1.20 onwards. This ensures that users are experiencing a correct, up to date version of chat functionality.
- Overnight Timesheets: Fixed a bug where breaks added to an overnight timesheet after midnight were being incorrectly added to the previous day. This fix applies to both iOS and Android.
- Schedule Screen: The schedule screen will now load 31 days instead of just one week when the user expands to month view, providing a more comprehensive view of their schedule.
Android:
- Fixed issues where the Instance switcher screen was stuck in a loading state and the back button returned to the wrong screen from a notification.
- Resolved an issue where the Noticeboard tab was still visible even if the permission was disabled.
- Resolved an issue where deselecting all timesheets was not working.
- Fixed a bug where a user's captured photo quality would drop after submitting leave.
- Resolved an issue with the app freezing when user logs in with SSO.
iOS:
- Resolved issue with a missing "Leave Group" option in chat and chat screen missing group member names.
- Fixed a bug where the 'Mark all as read' function for notifications was not refreshing the page.
- Addressed an issue where a tapped date was not pre-populated in the "Set Availability" screen.
- Addressed issues with the app hanging indefinitely on startup due to network errors
