Follow this guide to edit a timesheet in the Humanforce Work or Humanforce (legacy) mobile app. You can update shift details, breaks, allowances, attachments, and comments. Changes may require manager approval before they take effect.
Editing timesheets is permission-based. If you don’t see the Edit option, contact your manager.
Steps
- Open the Humanforce mobile app.
- Tap
Earnings (Work app) or Timesheets (legacy app).

More > Earnings (Work app).

- Tap the timesheet you want to edit.
- Tap Edit in the top-right corner (Work app).
- Update any of the following sections as needed:

Shift times and dates
- Edit Start date, End date, Start time, or End time to reflect actual worked times.
- The Net length will update automatically based on your changes.

Details
- Tap
to expand Details and update Location, Department, Role, or Shift type.
- If your organisation uses them, click Show more to update Area, Event, Function, or Period.

Breaks
- Tap + Add break to insert a new break or select an existing break to edit its start and end time.
- Toggle the Paid option if the break is paid time.

Attachments
- Tap + Add attachment to upload files such as a medical certificate.
- Select a Type and then tap Upload file.

Allowances
- Tap + Add allowance to include additional pay items, such as a travel allowance.
- Select the Type and enter the Quantity.

Comments
- Enter any notes relevant to the timesheet in the Comments section.

Shift times and dates
- Tap Save timesheet when finished.
Your changes will be submitted for approval and the authorisation status will update once approved.
Additional information
- Any changes to a timesheet may require manager approval before they are authorised for payroll.
- Some fields or options may not appear depending on your organisation’s settings.
- In the legacy app, you can also add approval signatures to a timesheet.
