Follow this guide to automate the delivery of dashboards or reports from Humanforce Analytics Pro, so that key stakeholders receive insights without needing access to the platform.
This feature is ideal for recurring reporting—such as weekly ELT updates—and is only available for Analytics Pro customers.
Steps
Go to your Humanforce Analytics tenant and log in using Magic Link or SSO.
From the Home page, click Dashboards.
Select the dashboard you want to schedule.
In the upper-right corner, click the menu button, hover over Schedule, and select Create Schedule.
Review or update the Schedule name. It defaults to the dashboard name.
Optional: Tick Add comment to include a note in the email notification sent to recipients.
Choose the delivery cadence (e.g. daily, weekly).
Select the attachment file type:
PDF
XLSX
CSV
If you select PDF, click Show advanced PDF settings to control formatting options such as layout, page size, and which tabs to include.
Add recipients to the schedule:
Enter usernames from Humanforce Analytics, or
Enter external email addresses (users do not need a Humanforce Analytics account).
Click Create.
You'll know the schedule was created successfully when the editing window closes.
To verify, click the menu button > hover over Schedule > select Manage Schedules.
Additional information
You can schedule delivery to users outside your organisation (e.g. external board members).
Only users with Analytics Pro access can create and manage schedules.
