Goal weight and scoring improvements
We’re introducing improvements to goal weight and scoring to make performance outcomes clearer and more consistent.
These changes combine goal importance (weight) with progress and overachievement, helping managers and employees better understand how individual goals contribute to overall performance. This supports more meaningful and transparent performance conversations.
This feature is designed for organisations that use goals to track performance and development, particularly where employees have multiple goals with different levels of importance.
To learn more about how this works, see the goal weight and scoring overview article.
To enable this feature through the Early Access Program, ask your System Administrator to email maryc@humanforce.com with your Humanforce HR URL.
New Features
Public API: form issuer now included in payload
Customers using form design integrations can now identify the Form Issuer when using the Find Form by ID query. The issuer is included in the API payload, making it easier to understand who initiated a form when working with integrations and downstream systems.
Bug Fixes
We’ve resolved the following issues to improve reliability and accuracy across Humanforce HR:
Goals for users with concurrent jobs - When creating or editing a goal for an employee with concurrent jobs, the goal previously defaulted to the primary job instead of the selected job. This has now been resolved.
Job requirements notification - The Mandatory Requirement Group Set Email was not being sent when job requirements were assigned using the Bulk Data Import tool. This issue has been fixed.
Public API form due date - The dueDate field on the forms endpoint did not accurately reflect the form’s due date or align with the UI. This has now been corrected.
