New features
Contracts overview page improvements
We’ve enhanced the contracts overview page to make it easier to manage and navigate large contract lists.
Adding filters for Business Unit, Location, and Business Entity
Allowing users to view 25 contracts per page
Introducing additional sorting options, including by Subject Name, Contract Name, Issued Date, and Contract Start Date.
Introducing additional search options, including by Subject Person, Subject Job, Contract Name, and Template Name.
View key organisational details at a glance, improving overall discoverability
These improvements reduce workflow friction and support more scalable contract management, particularly for HR teams working with high contract volumes.
Goal weight and scoring improvements
We’re introducing improvements to goal weight and scoring to make performance outcomes clearer and more consistent.
These changes combine goal importance (weight) with progress and overachievement, helping managers and employees better understand how individual goals contribute to overall performance. This supports more meaningful and transparent performance conversations.
This feature is designed for organisations that use goals to track performance and development, particularly where employees have multiple goals with different levels of importance.
To learn more about how this works, see the goal weight and scoring overview article.
Bug fixes and improvements
We’ve resolved the following issues to improve reliability and accuracy across Humanforce HR:
Added Onboarding template created, updated, and deleted events to the Audit log
Emails that were initially delivered and later bounced were incorrectly shown as Delivered. These emails will now display a Delivered: Bounce warning. The About email statuses modal has been updated with clearer descriptions and guidance on next steps
URLs entered in goal measurements are now clickable and open in a new browser tab
Employment condition updates now correctly trigger scheduled job update notifications after resolving an attribute naming mismatch
- For customers using Job Update Approvers, changed employment condition attributes now appear correctly in Proposed changes
- Customers using Workforce Planning can now set role requirements with an FTE greater than 2. FTE values from 0 to 5 are now supported via the Role Create/Update Import
