Follow this guide to enable the Humanforce Talent-HR integration for your organisation. The initial connection is configured by Humanforce. Once enabled, a tile appears in Humanforce HR that gives you direct access to Integration Central without switching platforms or logging in separately.
This feature is currently available to selected customers as part of an early access programme. Humanforce will continue to refine and expand availability, with general availability coming soon.Before you begin
Confirm the following before requesting setup:
Your organisation uses both Humanforce Talent and Humanforce HR as part of the Humanforce suite.
Your licensing includes the Talent-HR integration. Contact your account manager if you are unsure.
Step 1: Request integration setup
Log a support ticket via Humanforce Help to request that the Talent-HR integration be enabled for your organisation. Also request that the Contract Draft Created, Contract Sent and Contract Declined statuses are added to your Custom Recruitment Workflows.
Humanforce Support will link your Talent and HR tenants in the Customer Management Console. You will be notified when the setup is complete.
Step 2: Confirm the integration is active
Once your tenants are linked, open Humanforce HR and navigate to Settings > Integrations > Humanforce Suite. A Humanforce Talent tile will appear in this section.
Select the tile to open Integration Central. You are signed in automatically using single sign-on. No separate login is required.
If the Humanforce Suite section is not visible in Settings > Integrations, the tenant link has not been configured. Contact your administrator or log a support ticket via Humanforce Help.
Additional information
Only one Humanforce Talent tenant can be connected to a single Humanforce HR tenant. Contact your account manager if you need to discuss your tenant setup.
The Humanforce Talent tile in Settings > Integrations is only functional when your HR and Talent tenants have been linked by Humanforce Support. It is not available to configure directly from within HR.
HR users must have permission to view Settings > Integrations to access the tile. Contact your System Administrator if you cannot see this section.
Once the integration is active, Integration Central is the central location for monitoring all integration activity, including successful events, errors, and resolution guidance.
Users with limited access may not be able to view integration settings. Contact your administrator if access is restricted.
