Overview
This guide will walk you through the process of importing payslips from your payroll system into Humanforce. Importing payslips allows you to securely store and distribute confidential employee pay information within the Humanforce platform.
Important: Payslip details contain sensitive employee information. This process should only be performed by authorized payroll team members.
Before You Begin
- Ensure you have the necessary permissions to access the payslip import feature
- Prepare your payslip file in searchable PDF format
- Have your pay company and pay period information ready
Steps to Import Payslips

Access the Payslip Import Feature
- Log in to your Humanforce WFM website
- Navigate to Management > Advanced
- Select the "Payslip Import" option

Upload Your Payslip File
- Click "Choose File" and select your prepared PDF
- Click "Upload"
Tip: Ensure your PDF is searchable by testing the Find tool (Ctrl+F) in your PDF viewer

Configure Import Settings - Set the following options:
- Number of pages per payslip
- Pay company
- Pay period
- Employee matching criteria (e.g., payroll code, first name, last name, email)
Note: Using multiple matching fields increases accuracy and security

Verify the Import
- Click "Check PDF"
- Review the matching results:
- Matched employees
- Unmatched employees (may not have worked that pay period)
- Manually check several pages against the file to ensure accuracy

Complete the Import
- Click "Confirm Import"
- Review the confirmation message
- Click "OK" to proceed

Review Import Summary
- Check the final summary screen for import results
After Importing
- Verify that all payslips have been imported correctly
- Address any unmatched employees if necessary
Troubleshooting
If you encounter any errors during the import process:
- Double-check your PDF file format and searchability
- Verify your matching criteria settings
- Log a support ticket if issues persist
