Open the Roster Swap Approval screen found in the Management menu.
This screen works in the same ways as the Roster Swap Authorisation screen, allowing the manager to review the shifts being swapped (now accepted by the receiving employee) and authorise or decline the swap.
This step is not always necessary depending on the setup that is configured in the Roster Swap Settings.
In the screen shot below, when the “Finalise Swap On” option is set to be “First Acceptance” this step will not be needed and this screen can be disabled entirely. If it is set to be “Manager Approval”, it will require the approval from a Manager.
