Follow this guide to enable or disable leave notifications for your organisation in Humanforce WFM.
Steps
Go to Admin > Admin Config > System Settings.
Select the Leave / Availability tab.

Choose your preferred options:
Enable Leave Notifications – turns leave notifications on or off.
Set notifications per Access Level and Shift Type – enables detailed configuration in Access Levels (see related article below).
Click Save.
When you enable notifications without custom access-level rules, notifications are automatically sent from lower to higher access levels (for example, from employee to department manager).
If all notification settings are left unticked, leave notifications will be disabled system-wide.
Once enabled, employees and managers will start receiving in-system notifications for leave requests, approvals, and declines.
