Clock in at a kiosk using my Employee Code in Humanforce WFM (Web)

Follow this guide to sign in at a Humanforce WFM kiosk using your Employee Code and password. This includes steps to recover your credentials and clock in or out.

Part 1: Sign in using your Employee Code

1. At the kiosk, enter your Employee Code or email address using the numeric keypad.
2. (Optional) Click the keyboard icon above the keypad to switch to the full alphanumeric keyboard.
3. Click Enter.
4. Enter your password using the keypad or keyboard.
5. Click Enter again to log in.

When sign-in is successful, you’ll be taken to the clock-in screen with your shift details or a prompt to select them.

Part 2: Recover your Employee Code

1. Click Forgotten your Employee Code or Password? beneath the keypad.
2. Enter your registered email address.
3. Click Send Email.
4. When the confirmation message appears, click Go back to return to the login screen.

If the email address is recognised, you’ll receive an email with your Employee Code.

Part 3: Reset your password

1. Click Forgotten your Employee Code or Password? beneath the keypad.
2. Enter your registered email address.
3. Click Send Email.
4. When the confirmation message appears, click Go back to return to the login screen.

If the email address is recognised, a password reset message will be sent to your inbox.

Part 4: Clock in at the kiosk

1. After signing in, review your shift details:
   • If you're rostered, your Location, Department, and Role will be filled in automatically.
   • If you're not rostered, manually select these values from the dropdown menus.
2. Click Start Work.

When clock-in is successful, the kiosk displays confirmation and begins tracking your shift.

Part 5: Clock out at the end of your shift

1. Return to the kiosk and sign in with your Employee Code and password.
2. Click Clock Out.

The kiosk returns to the login screen and ends your shift time, ready for the next employee.

Next steps

Once your shift is in progress, you can:

• Transfer to a new role
• Add a comment when clocking out

Additional information

• This clock-in method is only available if your organisation has enabled password-based kiosk access.
• Other clocking options may be available, such as:
  • QR code
  • Facial recognition
  • Finger vein scanner
  • Check-In mode
