In this article, we'll step you through how to enter custom public holidays dates, specific to your account, which is known as a Customer Holiday.
You can see Customer Holiday Dates already entered in your account, on your Customer Home Page, by clicking Holidays.
Create a Customer Holiday Date
Create the Customer Holiday
- First, to create the Customer Holiday name and country, go to Customer > General > Customer Holidays.
- Click the + icon at the top right of the List of Holidays.
- Enter a name for the holiday, select the relevant Country and click Create.
Apply the Customer Holiday to a date, state and region
- To specify when and to which states and regions it should apply, go to Customer > General > Customer Holiday Dates (or search Customer Holiday Date in the menu search bar)
- Enter the relevant Year and Country and click Search
- Click the + icon at the top right of the List of Holidays.
- Select the relevant Customer Holiday that you created in previously.
- Enter the date to which it applies
- Select the Holiday it is replacing (if relevant)
- Enter the state and region.
- Click Create.
