Form designs are the foundation of all automation on intelliHR but with an ever-increasing number of forms created for the various business processes, the number of form designs can increase greatly over time. To combat this intelliHR offers the ability to archive forms that are no longer in use and unarchive those that, although once archived, are now ready to be used again. The ability to archive forms will assist you in maintaining an easy-to-use form design library with only the relevant form designs immediately visible. This article will explain how to both archive and unarchive forms.
This article covers:
- How to archive an existing form design
- How to unarchive a previously archived form design
- Effects of archiving forms
How to archive an existing form design
1. Navigate to Engagement >> Form Designs
2. Click on the Action button (three dots) to the right of the form you wish to archive
3. Select Archive
Archived form designs will remain available to you but will be transferred to the Archived tab within Form Designs.
How to unarchive a previously archived form design
1. Navigate to Engagement >> Form Designs
2. Click on the Action button (three dots) to the right of the form you wish to unarchive
3. Select Unarchive
Effects of Archiving Form Designs
- Archiving Form Designs will allow you to maintain a clear form design library that by default reflects only the form designs that are currently in use within the business.
- Archiving form designs will not have any impact on Analytics because the data is still present on the completed form instances completed by employees; it is simply the design that has been archived within the design library.
