Humanforce is retiring the legacy Back Office system for Cloud Workforce Management (WFM) customers. This guide outlines what’s changing, when, why it matters, and how we are supporting your move to Humanforce Cloud WFM.
What's changing?

Back Office functionality will no longer be available to Humanforce Cloud WFM customers after 31 December 2026.

This applies to Humanforce Cloud WFM customers on version 6.0.0 or higher.

This does not impact customers running Humanforce Workforce Management On-Premise (locally hosted) versions.

Phased shutdown of Back Office modules will occur progressively throughout 2026.
Important:
Customers using Audit, Data Exchange, or the Back Office Integrations can continue to access these modules until replacements are available in Humanforce Cloud WFM.
