Follow this guide to update your region setting in the Humanforce Work or Humanforce (legacy) app so you can log in to the correct server for your location.
Steps
- Open the Humanforce app (Work or legacy) and go to the login screen.
- Open the region selection
- In the Work app,
- Tap Settings & Region
- Tap Select a region.
- In the legacy app,
- Tap Current region
- In the Work app,
- Choose the correct region from the list:
- π¦πΊ - AU / Other
- π¬π§ πͺπΊ π―π΅ - UK / EU / JP
- πΊπΈ - USA
- Tap the region to apply.
- Restart your app to apply changes.
- Return to the login screen and enter your credentials.
The app will now connect to the correct server and allow you to sign in.
Additional information
- Selecting the correct region ensures that your app connects to the right environment. If the wrong region is selected, you may not be able to log in.
- The app automatically detects your region, but you can manually update it if needed.
- If you experience login issues after changing your region, double-check that you have selected the correct region and restart the app.
- Some company accounts may only be available in specific regions. If you cannot find your organisation after switching regions, confirm with your manager or system administrator which region to select.
- If your region is missing or incorrect, contact your Humanforce admin for further assistance.
