Follow this guide to log in to the Humanforce Work or Humanforce (Legacy) mobile app using your organisation’s Single Sign-On (SSO). SSO lets you securely access Humanforce with your corporate email and password.
Steps
- Open the Humanforce mobile app.
- On the login screen, tap Login with SSO.
- Enter your corporate email address.
- This must be the same email registered with your organisation’s identity provider (IdP).
- Tap Sign in.
- You will be redirected to your organisation’s SSO login page.
- Enter your corporate credentials (for example, your work email and password).
- Once authenticated, you will be redirected back to the app.
You’ll know login worked if your profile, messages, and schedule load without needing to enter a separate Humanforce username and password.
When using SSO, do not use the Forgot password? option on the Humanforce login screen. To reset your SSO password, follow your company’s internal process (e.g., IT helpdesk, self-service password reset portal).
Additional information
- SSO must be enabled by your organisation. If you don’t see the Login with SSO option, contact your manager or administrator.
- Your organisation may enforce SSO only, which means you cannot log in with a Humanforce username/password.
- If your corporate account is disabled (for example, when leaving your organisation), you will lose access to the app.
