Follow this guide to view and manage notifications in the Humanforce Work or Humanforce (Legacy) mobile app. Notifications may include system-generated alerts (e.g., leave updates or timesheet confirmations) or broadcast messages sent by your organisation.

Part 1: View notifications
- Open the Humanforce mobile app.
- Tap
Messages from the bottom menu.
- Go to the
Notifications tab.
- In the
Work app, use the All / Unread filter at the top to show all notifications or only unread ones.
- Tap a notification to open and read it in full.
- Some notifications may include actions (e.g., Confirm hours). Tapping the action will open the related screen.
The notification opens in detail, and if it contains an action, you are taken directly to the relevant screen when tapped.
Part 2: Manage notifications
- From the
Messages tab, go to
Notifications.
- Swipe left on a notification.
- Choose:

Mark as read - removes the unread dot (Work app only).

Delete - removes the notification from your list.

- Use one of the following methods to bulk manage:
- In
Work app: Tap the ⋮ menu in the bottom-right.
- In
Legacy app: Tap Select in the top-right.
- Choose an option:

Mark all as read - marks every notification as read.

Delete all - deletes all notifications.

Select notifications - tick boxes beside one or more notifications, then tap Read or Delete.

The selected notifications disappear if deleted, or their unread indicator is cleared if marked as read.
Additional information
- Notifications appear based on your organisation’s setup and may include roster updates, leave requests, shift confirmations, and more.
- If you cannot see notifications you expect, check with your manager or system administrator.
