Humanforce Help provides a range of content available to all users without a log in. Simply perform a search from the homepage to access these articles.
To gain access to more detailed documentation and to raise tickets, you will require a login.
A number of users have already been setup in Humanforce Help. Your first step, try to recover your password by clicking Forgot my Password on the Sign In form.
If this doesn't work, please contact the admin user in your organisation who can request access on your behalf by utilising the 'Request to add a new user' option.
If there are no admin users setup in your organisation, please reach out to your Account Manager.

Hi, I have been provided access to human force with organisation Brisbane Boys College and belive my access may have expired. I would like to take the time to orientate myself to the program and design a roster. Could someone guide me to where to begin.

I'm doing employee onboarding but unfortunately it doesn't match to meridian. May I request if you can assist me asap due to the 12188 already have activity from our payrun week ending 190421. Now I did the new employee but it copied a wrong code.

The problem you describe seems to a payroll issue rather than an access issue. I have created a ticket for our Support team to look at this issue. You will have received a notification email.
