Benefits of Humanforce Help
Humanforce Help is a new, world-class support desk built on the leading Zendesk platform. It provides:
- An intuitive ticketing system for getting help
- An extensive and constantly growing knowledge base
- An AI-powered Answer Assistant to troubleshoot minor issues
- A user-friendly design to help you get the most out of your Humanforce system
Access without a login
You can access most of the content on Humanforce Help without needing to log in. Simply use the search function on the homepage.
Using the Search Function
You can use the search function in the center of the main page or the top left when on an article page. You can use natural language in your search, but it helps to be specific. For example, just searching for a term like "shift" will produce a lot of results, but searching for "sending shift offers" will find the article on that topic.
Further enhance your search by using the product filter, selecting one of our five products (workforce management, intelliHR, payroll, thrive wellbeing, back office).
Browsing Articles
In addition to the search feature, you can browse articles by product or other topics. For example, if you are looking for information about training offerings, scroll to the Other Topics tile and review our live training services and on-demand training library.
Getting a login
To gain full access to detailed documentation, learning videos, webinar recordings and raise support tickets, you'll need a login.
If you already have a user set up, try the "Forgot my Password" option on the sign in page to recover your credentials.
If that doesn't work, contact an admin user at your organisation to request access for you using the "Request to add a new user" option.
Note: If there are no admin users set up yet, reach out to your Humanforce Account Manager.
