Introducing our two additional support options - "Enterprise Support" and "Awards as a Service" to help minimise risk and reduce downtime.
Enterprise Support includes Awards Support (listed below) plus the following additional benefits:
- Increased Support Coverage from 7am - 7pm Sydney Business Days.
- A Dedicated Senior Technical Specialist Team for all issues.
- Lightning Speed Response and Resolution Times.
- Proactive Preventative Support for Humanforce Cloud customers.
- Quarterly Support Analytics (as requested by the customer).
Awards as a Service (AaaS)
Is an award service available to Humanforce customers who want to stay compliant with their Modern Industry Award. The purpose of this offering is to provide customers with a piece of mind when modern award updates are required.
This service can be added to the Standard support package, however, it is included in the Enterprise support package as standard.
This add-on offering includes the following benefits:
- Unlimited updates to customers' modern awards.
- Fair Work updates about upcoming changes to modern industry awards.
Key FAQs
- Only available to Australian customers.
- Standard support customers with AaaS still need to purchase consulting services should they require EBA/EA/Custom award updates.
- The AaaS add-on must include all of your modern awards defined within Humanforce.
- The enterprise support package includes AaaS as standard and also includes EBA/EA/Custom awards as well as Modern Industry Awards.
- You are required to "Follow" a relevant modern award Help page in order to receive updates on a specific award.
EBA/EA Support (under Enterprise Support only) covers the following updates and is limited to non complex changes and individual changes under 2 hours:
