What this article covers
This article shows you how to request a refresh of your UAT environment via the Humanforce Help portal. Requesting a refresh of your UAT environment will ensure it is in line with your production environment. This article includes:
- Choosing the correct support ticket form
- Providing all necessary details
- What will happen post-request
Log in to Humanforce Help
- Go to the Humanforce Help site and log in with your credentials. If you don't have a login, see Welcome to the Humanforce Help Portal.
Submit a new ticket
- Once logged in, click Submit a request at the top of the page.

This will open the support request form. Select 'Service Request - for configuration changes and formal training' from the dropdown menu.
In the following fields select:
- I would like a change in = Workforce Management (WFM)
- Area you need help with making a change = UAT Refresh Request
The fields required in order to specify the details of the requested UAT refresh will then appear.
Enter ticket details
- Fill out the all fields on the form with required details:
- UAT Environment to be refreshed
- Desired date of refresh*
- Note: Options will change depending on which form you select
- In the Subject please add '[Customer Name] UAT Refresh Request'.
- The Description field is not required but cannot be left blank. Please enter '-' in order to Submit.
- Once complete, click Submit at the bottom.
*Humanforce requires 7 business days advance notice to guarantee your desired date of refresh. If the date requested is less than 7 business days, Humanforce will attempt to accommodate the request but may provide an alternative future date.
CAUTION: When submitting your request to refresh the UAT environment you are acknowledging that all test data and configurations currently in UAT will be erased. It is your responsibility to confirm with stakeholders, both internally and externally, if there are any configurations or test data in your UAT that cannot currently be overwritten.
What will happen after I submit the request?
- After submitting the request for your UAT environment to be refreshed you will receive an email acknowledging receipt of your request.
- Your request will be directed to our technical team who will perform the refresh.
- If the desired date of refresh can be accommodated you will not receive any further notification before the desired date. You will receive confirmation once the refresh is complete via email and on the support request.
- If the desired date of refresh cannot be accommodated you will receive a notification confirming the revised date of your UAT refresh. There will then be a further confirmation via the support request and email once the refresh is complete.
- If further information is required you will be notified and a member of the support team will reach out to you to clarify any required points.
