The Evacuation Report (available in both Humanforce Web and the Back Office) is a list of employees currently clocked in, and therefore present, at your organisation. If your location must be evacuated due to an emergency, this report could serve as a check list to make sure everyone present on site evacuated safely.
Note: This report will only work if your staff clock in for work.
Running the Report
Go to the Reports menu and select Evacuation Report. If this report does not show in the list, talk to your administrator about getting access.
Filter, as needed, by Location, Department, or Role (Humanforce Web only).
On the Settings tab, you can select the sort order for employees and if you'd like any qualifications to be printed on the report. This can be useful if you are tracking qualifications like First Aid or CPR which could be needed during an emergency.
Click Print Preview after making your selections.
Once the report has loaded, you can use the icons at the top to print or export the report.
The report will have a page for each location/department.
