Employee
- Employee PINs
Generate a list of employee codes. This can be filtered by location, department, & role.
Tip: This report can be used as a checklist for registering employee biometrics at the kiosk
- Employee Details
Create a list of employees with contact information including email, mobile and phone. - Evacuation Report
List of all employees clocked in and clocked on break that can be printed or viewed in the case of site evacuation.
Roster
- Roster By Roles / Company-wide
Roster printout separated by roles.
Tip: This roster format is ideal where it is important to know who is performing set duties on a given day.
Note - A Company-wide version of this report is also available, which allows users to see rosters across the broader business - Roster By Employee
Roster separated by employee, where any roster detail can be selected to include on the print out.
Tip: This roster format is ideal for the employee roster display.
- Roster Individual
Roster breakdown for individual employees over a selectable period.
Tip: This can be printed on separate pages for each individual, for employees who may not have access to a PC, tablet, or smartphone.
- Roster Daily Coverage By Employee
Report of daily shift coverage in a visual format. - Roster Daily Coverage By Role
Report of daily role coverage in a visual format. - Weekly Department Roster Report
Employee roster report is usually used as a printout to display to staff broken down per department. - Event Sign On/Off
Print out a report for your events on a daily basis to allow for manual sign-off. - Function Summary Report
An event function summary with employee contact details, roster times & costs.
Tip: This report can be used as a run sheet for function supervisors and team leaders.
- Function Details Report
Event function details with total billing time based on employee start and end times.
Billing details with total costs can be included in this report. - Event Roster Company-wide
Rosters for staff across the entire business that are attached to the selected Events, grouped by date, by Event.
Tip: Only Published Rosters that have an Event assigned are included.
Attendance
- Employee Non-Attendance
Shows all rostered and unattended shifts over a selected period of time.
Tip: This report can be filtered by employee for performance management.
- Summary Attendance Report
Shows a summary of the number of Rosters, optionally grouped by various fields, against their corresponding attendance statistics.
Tip: This report requires that the Rosters have an Event and Function assigned.
- Tardiness Detail Report
A detailed breakdown of employees clocking in late, and clocking out early.
Tip: This report can be run per employee to provide averages for performance management, or by department if there are wider rostering or employee issues.
- Tardiness Summary Report
This report provides a count of late starts and early finishes by an employee and the average difference in minutes compared to roster. - Exception Summary Report
See exception trends in timesheets which are preventing auto authorisation and requiring manager intervention.
Identify potential cost variance caused by exceptions & if certain employees are causing regular exceptions.
Availability
- Leave Balance Report
A report of current leave balances for employees.
Tip: Managers can use this report to ensure leave is booked and taken for employees with excess leave, helping manage your leave liability.
- Employee Availability
This report provides all detail of employee availability.
By default, settings will only show employees with unavailability entered for current day.
- Absence Activity Report
A report of leave by type per employee, with a breakdown of occurrences per day of week.
Timesheets
- Employee Time Card
Generate a report of employee timesheet details separated by employee, over a selected period of time. - Manual Sign-Off
This report provides an option to allow for manual sign-off on timesheets or shift end times if required. - Weekly Work Record
This report provides a sign-off for work conducted.
Tip: This may be applicable for work being performed by contract staff, or cases where a manager must sign off on work completed for a team.
- Sales and Labour
Ability to compare rostered labour costs as a percentage of forecast sales, and then authorised labour costs as a percentage of actual sales.
Tip: Sales figures can be input for each department in the department roster screen, or CSV import formats may be provided.
- Summary Variance
Variance report summarising differences between rostered hours and authorised hours, rostered cost and actual cost, per employee.
Tip: Use this report to get an understanding of departments where rosters are not accurate. Accurate rostering minimises variances, and provides you better labour forecasts.
- Timesheet Attachments
A report showing all timesheets with attachments for set period of time.
Tip: This is a handy report for identifying timesheets where employees or managers may have attached documentation for your review.
- Work History Report
A history of employee’s shifts over the selected period. - Timesheet Summary
A summary of all shift type hours per employee over the selected date range.
- Work Consistency Report
This report provides a break down of the consistency in rosters generating timesheets per role & employment type.
By default report will only show data assigned to events, settings can be adjusted to exclude events.
- Manual Timesheet Report
Shows manually created timesheets.
Tip: This report gives an indication of employees failing to clock in which can be used for performance management.
- Total Hours Management Report
Breakdown of employee’s total roster, actual & adjusted (corrected for payroll) hours in a selected period.
Tip: This report is a great high-level report for understanding a range of issues, from accurate rostering by managers, to employee clocking performance, and potential overtime sources.
- Hours by Cost Centre Report
A summary by department of the pay types generated in hours and cost, with a visual of the percentage of hours generated.
Tip: This is a great report for visualising overtime spend or focusing on overspend in specific pay components.
- Variance by Department Report
A graph of actual, rostered & projected hours and cost, with a per pay type breakdown for the selected period by individual department or all departments. - Timesheet Signature Report
A list of Authorised Timesheets, along with any signatures obtained for them via the Humanforce App.
Tip: Obtaining a signature on a Timesheet is a great way for an Employee to get confirmation of their work from a customer.
- Payroll Report By Employee (Colorado State)
This report is for Employers based in Colorado, USA, who might be required to report on a weekly basis a summary of work carried out by employee for the previous pay period.
To access the report- Enable the following permission: TimeTarget Online > View Reports > Payroll Report By Employee (and confirm the Report visibility is enabled in the Admin Config > Nav Manager)
- Process your payroll in Humanforce web
- Open the report via Reports > Timesheets > Payroll Report By Employee
- The report will need to know some details before it can be generated. Select the Pay Company, Pay Period Type, a specific Pay Period and then a Payrun.
- Click "Next" to view the Employees tab if you want to select specific employees to include in the report. By default, all employees are included.
- "Print Preview" will create the report - opening it in a new browser tab.
Payroll
- Pay Comparison Report
Report for calculating Pay Run results for Employees as though they were paid under a different Award Profile and/or at a different hourly rate. This calculation can be shown on its own, or in comparison to the results of an existing Pay Run.
