This article outlines how to adjust availability status on behalf of an employee within Humanforce.
Adjusting an employee's availability
In the Humanforce navigation menu within the Management tab, select Availability > Employee Leave/Availability.
Within the Employee Leave/Availability screen, you can use the Search button to filter and select a specific employee.
Once an employee has been filtered and selected, you will be able to view their Availability Map and make any required adjustments to availability on specific days.
Adjustments to a day can be made after left-clicking to select the item in the calendar by double-clicking or choosing Edit.
