Organisation documents are files stored in Humanforce HR and used across the platform, such as logos, images, and video files. Links to these documents are commonly referenced in Form Designs and Dashboard Tiles.
Follow this guide to upload files to the Organisation Documents library in Humanforce HR.
To add an organisation document
- Navigate to Settings > All Settings > Organisation Documents.
- Upload your file using one of the following options:
- Select the area marked Click or Drop file(s) here and choose the file(s) you wish to upload from the window that opens.
- Drag and drop the desired file(s) onto the Click or Drop file(s) here area. The files will upload automatically.
- To make the document available as a System Document for use in Form Designs, select Make Public next to the uploaded file. This allows employees to view the document in a form without needing to log in.
Your uploaded files will appear in the Organisation Documents library, ready to use across the platform.
Tip: Create folders to organise your organisation documents so that admins can quickly locate the files they need.
Note:
- Public files can be accessed by anyone with the link. A person does not need to be logged in to Humanforce HR to view a public file.
- Private files require a person to be logged in before they can view the file. If an employee follows a link from an email, they will need to log in first. If the employee has Pre-Start Access configured on their user account and their access date has not yet passed, they will not be able to view private files.
- File size: There is no internal file size limit in Humanforce HR. The upload interface supports files up to 100 MB.
