Review approval signatures on a timesheet in the Humanforce Legacy app

Follow this guide to review approval signatures attached to employee timesheets in the Humanforce (Legacy) mobile app. Approval signatures provide verification of a timesheet and include details such as the approver’s name, time of signing, and location.

Part 1: Review a signature in the Legacy app

1. In the Legacy app, go to Menu > Switch to Manager Mode > Authorisation.
2. Select the timesheet you want to review.
3. Scroll down to the Approvals (Signature) section.
   • If a signature has been added, a number will appear in brackets (e.g., Approvals (Signature) (1)).
4. Expand the section and tap the approver’s name.
5. Review the signature details:
   • The captured signature
   • Approver name or company
   • Date and time the signature was captured
   • The Humanforce login that collected the signature

Part 2: Review a signature in Humanforce WFM Web

1. Log in to Humanforce WFM Web.
2. Open the Management > Timesheets screen.
3. Add the column, via table settings, for Approval Signature to see which timesheets include signatures.
   • This column will display the text entered in the Approver Name/Company field.
4. Edit the timesheet and expand the Approval Signature section.
5. Review the signature details, including:
   • The captured signature
   • Approver name or company
   • Date and time of capture
   • The Humanforce login that collected the signature
   • A map showing where the signature was captured (requires Location Settings to be enabled on the device).

The Approval Signature column and timesheet details confirm if a valid signature has been recorded.

Additional information

• Reviewing approval signatures requires the Download Attachments permission.
  • Ensure access levels are set to allow downloading on the Timesheet Authorisation Page and (if needed) the Employee Timesheet Page.
