Follow this guide to enable the Team View feature in the Humanforce Work App by updating access level permissions in the web portal. When enabled, employees can view their rostered colleagues working in the same location and department on the same day — directly from their schedule screen in the mobile app.
Prerequisites
- You must be an administrator with permission to modify Access Levels. If you do not see the required settings, contact your system administrator.
Steps

Go to Admin > Security Config > Access Levels in the Humanforce WFM web portal.

Select the relevant Access Level (e.g. AU Admin or Employee).

Click the Permissions tab.

Use the search bar to type team view.

Tick the checkbox next to Allow Team View.

This permission is disabled by default.

Click Save to apply the changes.
Employees with this permission will see the Team View icon in their Schedule screen of the Work App and can view who they’re rostered with for the day.
Additional Information

Only employees with confirmed, published shifts will appear in Team View. Shifts marked as unconfirmed, on leave, available, or pending will not appear.

Team View only displays colleagues rostered in the same location and department as the logged-in employee.
