Follow this guide to enable Team View in the Humanforce Work app by updating Access Level permissions in Humanforce WFM. When enabled, employees can view rostered colleagues working in the same location and department on the same day, directly from their Schedule screen in the Work app.
You must be an administrator with permission to modify Access Levels. If you do not see the required settings, contact your system administrator for assistance.
Steps
- Go to Admin > Security Config > Access Levels.
- Locate the Access Level you want to modify and click
Edit.
- Select the Permissions tab.
- In the search bar, type team view.
- Tick the checkbox next to Allow Team View.
- This permission is disabled by default.
- Click
Apply Changes.
Once enabled, employees with this permission will see the Team View icon on their
Schedule screen in the Work app. They can then view who they’re rostered with for the day.
Additional information
- Only confirmed and published shifts appear in Team View.
Shifts marked as unconfirmed, on leave, available, or pending are not displayed. - Team View displays colleagues rostered in the same location and department as the logged-in employee.
- Employees must be using the latest version of the Humanforce Work app to access Team View.
