Overview: Talent Community & Pools
This dashboard provides a bird’s-eye view of your Humanforce Talent Community. It includes talent-specific insights related to availability, mobility, demographics, and desired remuneration.
If you have previously used the Talent Community Overview dashboard in Humanforce Talent, you will find similar data and metrics here.
Top Line KPI Metrics
Talent Community Size – The total count of all profiles in your Talent Community, including profiles that have been archived and profiles marked as Do Not Contact. This count may differ from the number shown on the Dashboard page, which excludes archived and Do Not Contact profiles.
Talent Community Hires – The count of hires made by your organisation where the source can be attributed to your Talent Community or a Talent Pool. Hiring Directly highly engaged candidates directly from your Talent Community is generally more cost effective than advertising externally.
Talent Pool Size – The total count of profiles in your organisation’s Talent Pools. This number increases by one for each Talent Pool a profile is a member of.
Example: If you place one profile into three Talent Pools, this metric will increase by three.
Talent Pool Hires – The count of hires made by your organisation where the source can be directly attributed to a Talent Pool.
Average Experience (Years) – The average number of years of experience for profiles connected to your Talent Community.
Available Now – The percentage of profiles in your Talent Community that have indicated they are immediately available for employment.

Talent Community Growth |
Displays Talent Community growth over time. Each bar represents the number of profiles that connected with your Talent Community in that month. The trend line shows cumulative growth to help you visualise the growth rate over time. This helps you quickly see whether your community is expanding steadily or if there are spikes and slowdowns in engagement. |
Talent Community Hires |
A stacked bar chart comparing the number of hires made directly from your Talent Community versus those from external sources, such as job board advertisements. This makes it easy to measure the effectiveness of your Talent Community as a hiring channel compared to external sources. |

Top Talent Pools |
Shows the total number of profiles in your Talent Pools. This helps you quickly identify your strongest pools and ensure resourcing strategies are aligned with where you have depth. Note: The chart is filtered to display your 20 largest Talent Pools. If you have more than 20, click the menu icon and select Show underlying data to view all Talent Pools in table format. |
Talent Pooling |
Visualises the number of profiles added to Talent Pools each month. This allows you to track how actively recruiters are building and maintaining your Talent Pools over time. |
Experience (Years) |
Shows the distribution of experience across your Talent Community. This makes it easy to spot whether your community skews toward early-career, mid-level, or senior professionals. |
Desired Salary |
Groups and counts profiles based on the desired remuneration submitted. This helps you understand salary expectations in your community and align them with budgeted roles. |
Availability |
Displays the count of profiles grouped by when they are available for opportunities. This helps recruiters prioritise outreach to candidates who are available sooner. |
Work Type Preference |
Shows how many profiles in your Talent Community are open to each work type. This helps you understand flexibility in candidate preferences and match them to the right opportunities. Note: Candidates can select multiple preferences. |
Current Relationship |
A donut chart showing the breakdown of your Talent Community by Internal, External, Contractor, and Alumni connections connections. Data reflects the current profile relationship and may differ from metrics showing relationship at the time of application. This helps you segment your community and tailor engagement strategies for different relationship groups. Note: Relationship can be set by modified by Candidates and Recruiters.

A donut chart for analysing gender diversity. This helps you monitor diversity in your community and support inclusion initiatives. |
Australian Citizen or PR |
Shows the composition of your Talent Community based on nationality and right-to-work information. This helps ensure compliance with right-to-work requirements when sourcing candidates. |
Filter Definitions

Connected Profile Gender – Filters based on voluntarily provided gender data.
Not Specified: Candidate answered some Diversity & Inclusion questions but skipped gender.
Unknown: Candidate skipped all Diversity & Inclusion questions.
Prefer Not to Say: Candidate explicitly chose this option.
Connected Profile State – Filters by the state of residence.

External: Never employed by your organisation.
Internal: Currently employed.
Contractor: Currently engaged as a contractor.

Connected Profile Work Types – Filters by preferred work types. Candidates may select more than one option.
