Overview: Candidate Experience
The Candidate Experience dashboard provides a set of KPI metrics that show how recruiters communicate with candidates. It tracks notifications, messages, response times, and invites, so you can measure both outreach activity and candidate engagement.
This helps you ensure candidates receive timely communication, understand the effectiveness of recruiter outreach, and monitor candidate response behaviour.
Top Line KPI Metrics
Unsuccessful Notification Rate – Percentage of unsuccessful candidates who were notified.
This ensures candidate experience standards are met by closing the loop respectfully.
Profiles Messaged – Count of unique candidate profiles sent at least one message.
This shows the reach of recruiter communication across your community.
Messages Sent – Total number of messages sent to candidates.
This helps track overall communication activity and recruiter effort.
Messages Received – Count of inbound replies from candidates.
This highlights candidate engagement and willingness to interact.
Response Rate – Percentage of messages that received a response.
This indicates how effective your outreach is in generating candidate interaction.
% Responded via SMS – Percentage of candidate responses received through SMS.
This helps identify preferred communication channels.
Response Time in Minutes – Average time taken by recruiters to respond to candidates.
This measures responsiveness and directly impacts candidate experience.
SMS Response Time in Minutes – Average time to respond to SMS messages.
This provides further insight into response speed on mobile-first channels.
Job Invites Sent – Number of targeted job invitations sent.
This shows proactive recruiter outreach to match candidates with opportunities.
Job Invite Acceptance Rate – Percentage of targeted job invitations accepted.
This helps measure the relevance and effectiveness of your invitations.
Talent Community Invites Sent – Number of invitations sent to join your Talent Community.
This indicates your team’s effort in growing long-term candidate pipelines.
Talent Community Join Rate – Percentage of Talent Community invitations accepted.
This shows how appealing your community is to prospective candidates.

Filter Definitions
Date – Choose a fixed or rolling date range for your analysis.
Job Vacancy Title – Filter results by specific job title.
Job Vacancy Category – Narrow insights to a particular job category.
Company User Name – Include or exclude activity by specific recruiters.
Company User Role – Focus on recruiter groups or roles (e.g., Hiring Managers).
Connected Profile Relationship – Filter by candidate relationship type (e.g., Internal, External, Alumni).
Connected Profile Gender – Analyse communication activity by candidate gender.
Connected Profile ATSI – Segment data by Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander status (if collected).
Message Template Group – Filter by groups of message templates.
Message Template Name – Drill down to communications sent using a specific template.
These filters give you flexibility to tailor the dashboard to specific roles, candidate demographics, or communication types, making it easier to uncover actionable insights.

The Deep Dive tab lets you break down your Top Line KPI Metrics by various data dimensions, including:

The Row Data tab provides detailed pivot tables that break down candidate communication activity by recruiter and by message template. This tab is useful for drilling deeper into the raw metrics behind the high-level dashboard KPIs.
Engagement by Team Member
This pivot table lists all recruiters in your organisation with a row for each team member. For every recruiter, it shows the same top line KPIs included in the Candidate Experience Overview:
