Overview: Active Vacancies
The Active Vacancies dashboard provides an overview of your key performance metrics for job vacancies that are actively being worked on. Data related to draft, filled, or closed job vacancies is excluded.
This dashboard includes insights into your jobs pipeline, such as aging jobs, jobs pending approval, jobs at the offer stage, and unfilled positions.
Top Line KPI Metrics
Open Jobs – The total count of all job vacancies in your Talent Community with a Job Vacancy Status of Open.
On Hold Jobs – The total count of all job vacancies in your Talent Community with a Job Vacancy Status of On Hold.
Pending Approval Jobs – The total count of all jobs that have been submitted for approval but are not yet approved.
Active Jobs at Offer Pending – The count of all active jobs (those in Open or On Hold status) that have at least one candidate at the Offer Pending stage.
Open Jobs – Unfilled Positions – The count of unfilled positions your team is currently working to fill across all active job vacancies.
Open Jobs – Overdue – The count of open job vacancies where the current date exceeds either:
The date in the Desired Start Date field, or
If no date is provided, the date calculated from Job Opened At + the number of days set in the Target Days to Fill field.

Opens Jobs - Unfilled Positions and Days Open by Recruiter |
Bars represent the count of open jobs with unfilled positions assigned to each recruiter. The line represents the average number of days each vacancy has been open. This visualisation helps you assess recruiter workload and efficiency by comparing both the number of roles being managed and the time they’ve been open, highlighting potential resourcing or process issues. |
Opens Jobs by Max Candidate Status |
This waterfall chart displays the count of open job vacancies grouped by the furthest stage reached by any candidate within each job. Each bar represents the number of vacancies where the most advanced candidate is at that stage — for example, Source, Screen, Interview, or Offer. This view helps you quickly identify where active vacancies are concentrated in your hiring process, highlighting potential bottlenecks or areas where roles are stalling. |

This waterfall chart displays the count of applications currently being managed by your team, grouped by the candidate’s present stage in the recruitment process. Each bar represents the number of applications at a specific status group — for example, Source, Screen, Interview, or Offer. This view helps you understand where active applications are concentrated, enabling you to monitor pipeline progression and identify stages where candidates may be stalling. |
Unfilled Positions by Days Open and Job Status |
This chart shows the distribution of unfilled positions across different age ranges (days open), broken down by Open and On Hold job vacancies. It helps you identify roles that have been unfilled for extended periods, enabling you to spot potential bottlenecks in the hiring process and prioritise action on the longest-standing vacancies. |

This chart provides a detailed breakdown of aging jobs by recruiter, showing the number of unfilled positions they are managing and how long each has been open. It helps you assess individual recruiter workloads, identify positions that have been open for extended periods, and target support where it can have the greatest impact on reducing time-to-fill. |
Filter Definitions
Recruiter Name - This is list of users that have been saved in the Recruiter field on a Job Vacancy.
Job Vacancy Category - This is the list of Categories that you can select on the Description tab of you Job Vacancies.
Job Vacancy Sub Category - This the list of Sub Categories that are manually typed into the Sub Category field on the Description tab of you Job Vacancies.
Business Unit - If your Talent Community uses the standard Business Unit field, this filter will include a list of the values that you have saved there.
Job Vacancy Segment - If your Talent Community has more than one brand segment implemented, you can use this filter to filter the data based on the brand segment that has been saved on your job vacancies.
Deep Dive
The Deep Dive tab in the Active Vacancies dashboard lets you slice your Top Line KPI Metrics by a range of data dimensions.
