New features and improvements
Work rights expiry notifications
You can now create event notifications for upcoming work rights expiries, helping you stay ahead of compliance requirements.
This enhancement allows you to:
- Notify relevant users up to 6 months before a work right expires
- Configure alerts for specific roles or stakeholders
- Reduce compliance risk through timely follow-up actions
To learn more about available variables, see Overview: Event notification variables.
Work rights created before this release will trigger notifications at midnight in your tenant time zone.
If this timing is not suitable, use the daily summary event notification type to send the notificaiton at 9:00 am in your time zone or update the timestamp on existing work rights using the Update People Bulk Import.
Contract remuneration formatting improvements
Remuneration variables in contracts now include commas for improved readability and consistency.
This applies to:
- {remuneration.additionsToBase}
- {remuneration.additionsToTotal}
- {remuneration.baseAnnualAmount}
- {remuneration.baseHourlyAmount}
- {remuneration.breakdowns}
- {remuneration.proratedSalary}
- {remuneration.totalAnnualAmount}
- {remuneration.totalHourlyAmount}
These updates make contract values easier to review and interpret.
Bug Fixes
Improved mobile contract signing
Contracts signed via mobile (from email, without logging in) now display correctly.
Previously, contract content could appear cut off on the sides. This has been resolved to ensure a consistent and accessible signing experience across devices.
Form field usability improvements
An issue affecting Person Dropdown Form Fields has been resolved.
Users can now reliably make selections without interruption, improving form completion workflows.
Qualification expiry notification fix
Scheduled expiry notifications are now automatically removed when a qualification expiry date is deleted.

Previously:
- Notifications remained scheduled even after the expiry date was removed
- This could trigger incorrect alerts

Now:
- Removing an expiry date also removes associated notification events
- Notifications are only sent for valid, active expiry dates
