Humanforce Talent integration
Easier people onboarding into HR
We've improved the onboarding flow in HR for people created through the Talent integration. If the person does not yet have a user account, the onboarding step now takes you straight to the Create User Account form with known fields already pre-filled.
Remuneration is sourced from the HR pay grade
For people created from Humanforce Talent, remuneration now populates automatically from their assigned HR pay grade, using the rate effective as at their start date. UK customers can also select a pay step within the pay grade. If the pay grade does not allow manual overrides, the rate is locked to the configured value.

We've also made a few refinements based on your feedback, including a smoother onboarding completion experience and more reliable document downloads.
